My Virtual Home Buying Experience Guidelines…
Below is a brief set of guidelines I put together that outline my virtual home buying experience. I do feel that this pandemic has thrust our industry into a future it was already headed in the first place. Out of necessity, it has unfortunately taken a global health crisis to propel the way we conduct business into a more virtual future. It is my strong opinion that buyers and sellers alike are needing human / professional guidance now more than ever in conjunction with technology that allows our professionals to conduct business safely and productively.
Some or all of these virtual guidelines may not be for everyone. Luckily real estate is deemed an essential business so my clients will still have the option of doing any of the below in person with me. I am committed to making every step of this program virtual to make my clients comfortable as our industry pivots towards the future.
